Em has first hand experienced what it feels like to be stuck in a toxic working environment. Where waking up and dreading the day ahead whilst being filled with anxiety was the 'norm', sacrificing so much of her time, her health, her values and her spark for a paycheck which didn't reflect what she was pouring in, or who she truely was - wondering if this is really how life is meant to be.
Deep down Em knew she was meant for more, and wanted to feel free to see more of this beautiful world. Every travel trip she would return a lighter, more free and empowered version of herself. This led her to exploring how she could live and work in a way which was aligned, honours who she is, is supportive of her wellbeing, and allows her to thrive on her own terms, not just survive on someone elses.
Today, Em leads a business built on the values she sought most - true alignment, freedom, and empowering impact without the burnout, and now guides others to break free from that same cycle and create conscious, sustainable impact online.
